For students who need a place, not a listing site full of strangers.
Your school already
verified you. Subly does the rest.
Every person subleasing or searching on Subly signed up with a real university email. That is the whole trust model. No verification badges to decode, no anonymous strangers in your messages.

Why Subly
Built for students who are tired of getting burned.
Craigslist has scammers. Facebook Marketplace has bots. Subly was built from the ground up to have neither.
Every listing is screened before you see it
Our fraud pipeline checks every new listing for scam signals: suspicious pricing, urgency language, keyword patterns. Anything risky is held for review before it ever reaches you.
- Heuristic and LLM scam detection
- Price anomaly scoring
- Flagged listings held from public view
Search the way you actually think
Type "quiet studio near the engineering quad, dog friendly, no smoking" and the matching genuinely understands it. Semantic search finds listings that match your life, not just your checkboxes.
- Understands plain-English descriptions
- Ranked by real fit, not just keywords
- Learns your preferences over time
Everyone here is a real student. That is not a feature, it is the foundation.
You cannot post, browse, or message anyone on Subly without a verified university email. No anonymous listings, no guessing who you are talking to.
